Mediation is a very powerful tool. It can improve your life substantially. Mediation can be used in everyday life. It is a tool which anyone can use. Let’s delve deeper into mediation. Mediation has been around for a very long time. It has been used for centuries and to this day is still used. It has transformed throughout the years and time, but the main purpose is still there. The main purpose is to transform your life, so you are aligned to your higher self. Your higher self knows what you need. There is so much more to your higher self which I will need to create a blog specifically for it.
There are many forms of meditation. You can choose the ones or one which you are most attracted to. You can always create your own meditation. There is no wrong way to meditate. At the end it all leads to the same outcome of transforming your life in a positive way.
Mediation heals you emotionally by tuning yourself into and healing what you need to heal. For example, if you are feeling drained and you start to meditate on the body, and soul will reenergize by aligning your chakras and auras. The energy you use and receive is very powerful. This energy flows through you awakening and transforming you. You can even set an intention for the meditation and day ahead. We are all emotional beings which need help at times. Help can come in many ways which the universe provides us. Just be alert and look for signs. One way for sure is to meditate and look within yourself and recharge your body and soul.
This is a simple mediation you can practice daily. Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. Breath deeply and count 1 to 10. As you count to 10, keep taking deep breaths and relax your body and mind. Once you reach 10, sit quietly for as long as you need to. Listen to your heartbeat as you are in a meditative state. Thoughts may come to your mind. Let them come through which can be from your guides, angels, higher self and so on. As you are in this state, you can set your intentions, release what you need to, ask for guidance, go to a peaceful place which can also be imaginary. When you feel you are ready to come back to reality, count from 10 – 1 with deep breaths focusing on feeling your body and mind coming back to reality. Once you reach 1, open your eyes and fill your auras and chakras with a pure white light all the way to Gaia earth.
There are many sources in social media of different types of meditations. You are not limited to only one. You can use as many as you like.
